For my internship, I had the privilege to work for a Delhi based Branding Agency, Creson. This was my first taste of how the startups work in a fast-paced environment, and I did not know what to expect.

I wanted to explore my skills as a writer and there couldn’t be a better platform than working for a branding firm. I was a bit nervous about the interview process, however to my surprise it all went smoothly, and soon after I was a part of a tight-knit family. I received a warm welcome from my helpful colleagues which made me feel comfortable working with Creson.

The projects that I have been busy with during my internship was about developing some fresh contents for Creson social media, and actively participating in brainstorming sessions with the Creson team, which gave an immense exposure to my thought process. In the beginning, it was quite a time taking process for me to deliver a single content piece but gradually, I had the knowledge of how to access and retrieve information and the expertise that goes into the various aspects of branding, marketing, and copywriting. Since these days all the answers and solutions are easily available on the internet, there is a decline in creativity. But working with Creson is like getting yourself reconnected to it. There’s always something new to learn, to work on, and to create. Although it was only a short one month, I have greatly widened my perspective on the digital trends and gained skills that I can apply to any job setting.

Overall, my internship experience as a writer has been an extremely enriching and rewarding one. I am thankful for this opportunity that offered an experience I can confidently speak about to future employers. I would definitely encourage all prospective interns to work with Creson.
