Today, I am happy to share my experience and career journey with Creson Branding Agency. After completing my Digital Marketing Course, I was looking for doing my internship with a credible branding agency and then I was interviewed by Creson.
Joining Creson Branding Solution is my first internship, and it is a lot more than I thought it would be. I wanted to explore my digital marketing skills and get some practical knowledge on how things work in a professional environment. So far, I have already gained many skills, and I have learned more about different digital marketing skills and tools you need to thrive in the workplace.
As a digital marketing executive, I have been working a lot with the founder, Swapna, the marketing manager, and two other interns, who are really supportive and keep encouraging me to come up with new ideas.
Work that I have done so far includes creating many different social media pages for several clients; and a social media strategy for a premium bakery, run PPC ads and campaigns for a new gifting brand, coming up with daily posts, among others. I have also handled queries from the clients, attended a meeting with a client, where I learned more about working with clients face to face. One thing that I have been doing a lot lately is making social media strategies and post ideas for our client, Thousand Dots.
The working environment at Creson is very friendly as the dynamic team comprises young talents from the industry, booming with fresh ideas while the senior staff has the hands-on experience to crack every difficult deal with the client. My thoughts, ideas, and reviews are also welcomed by the team, which gives me a new kind of high to work in better and come up with new suggestions.
I am thrilled and excited to be learning more every day. I have been working with many creative people, and I know that I wouldn’t have gotten as much experience if I have joined any well-known brand where interns do not have much exposure to explore everything in such detail. Surely, internship with Creson has given me more real-world experience than I had before and also given me the chance to learn more about different businesses and how I can utilize my skills to help in various ways. I didn’t realize how much of an impact and growth I would see within my skills, but it has been one of the best hands-on learning experiences I have gotten.
